Hello, everyone!! I'm Yukiko:)) ~Is the hair of Maiko real or not?~ Yes, it's real. They always tie their own hair to the traditional Maiko hairstyle. So in Gion AYA we useally use a hair wig to make your hairstyle look like a real Maiko. [[Half wig]] Part the hair that will be used for the wig.

Apply hair wax to the hair that will be used for the wig.

Put on a half wig.

Fix the half wig on your head. (It may feel unstable, but it will not fall.)

We will cover your hair with a wig.

If your hair color does not match the color of our wig, we will use a black spray. (After the experience, please shampoo and wash off the black spray. Our shop has shampoo and hair dryers.)

Finish up here in the makeup room, and choose hair accessories in the kimono room.

※Short hair uses a whole wig. There are some hairstyles that are difficult to use half wigs and full wigs. If you have any concerns please let us know in advance.
