You can't help but smile when you see your little one excited about becoming a little bigger.
Many people take family photos with their mother transformed into a Maiko and their father in a kimono, as a keepsake, or as a gift for their grandparents. Please feel free to contact us if you would like to have your family photographed.
They are a little different from adult Maiko. They wear makeup that is appropriate for a "novice Maiko," and while retaining a youthful look, they also wear makeup that is appropriate for a Maiko.

After changing into a kimono undergarment and socks, the makeup begins. The makeup for child Maikos is a little different from that of adult Maikos. The makeup is more appropriate for a "new Maiko," and while still retaining a youthful look, it is more appropriate for a Maiko.
For a half wig to look natural, the hair must be at least 5cm long.
All kimonos are made of luxurious pure silk. Please choose your favorite kimono and obi.
You can also choose hairpins decorated with seasonal flowers and motifs. Geisha style hairpins are simple and mature.
The loose obi for the child Maiko experience is a separate obi. The finished product looks just like the real thing.
The shoot begins in the tatami room on the second floor. Please choose the pose you would like to be photographed in. We will photograph you while searching for the angle and gaze that will make you look beautiful as a Geisha or Maiko.
If you do not choose the options of taking photos in the garden or taking a stroll, you can enjoy 10 minutes of free photography using your smartphone.
While you remove your makeup and get changed, we will retouch the photos and give them to you in an album.

Only for courses that do not include outdoor photography, you can enjoy a walk within the area of the walking map provided by our shop (maximum 60 minutes).
We also provide kimonos for men accompanying women who are participating in the maiko experience. (Photography is not included.)
This is a special geisha costume inherited from a real geisha. (Limited to those under 160cm tall, reservation required)
This maiko costume is of higher quality than usual and features delicate dyeing. (Reservation required)
All data of the photos taken is included. Feel free to make additional copies on your home computer. (Photo correction is only available for photos printed at the store.)
Customer experience photos include retired kimonos, obi, hairpins, and seasonal poses.
