Geisha Makeover Experience

Many of our customers are experiencing being a maiko for the first time, so we want to welcome them with a big smile. We want to hear a lot of stories. We always ask them what kind of maiko they want to be and their thoughts about the maiko experience.

As the preparations, such as putting on makeup and dressing, progress, I feel really happy when I see customers' eyes sparkling with excitement at their own transformation and enjoying themselves with confidence.

At GION AYA, we value our customers' individuality and provide makeup and photography that brings out their beauty to the fullest.

We use a system in which staff are responsible for each customer, so we listen carefully to our customers' requests and communicate with them, and we will apply makeup and take photos until you are satisfied, without compromising.

Staff exchange ideas with each other on topics such as "What can we do to make our customers happy?" and "What can we do to go one step further?", which helps to share their high levels of awareness and particularities and raises their motivation.
