I have someone with me who is not participating in the experience. Is there a place for them to wait?
There is a waiting room, so guests who are not participating can wait there.
Depending on the reservation situation, the waiting room may be full of customers who need to do payment and the reception, so we may ask you to wait outside. Thank you for your understanding.
If I come by car, is there a parking lot?
We do not have a contracted parking lot, so you will need to park in a nearby paid parking lot.
There are several parking spaces nearby, but they tend to fill up during peak tourist seasons, so please allow yourself plenty of time by using park and ride services.
Can I bring large luggage?
Large luggage can be stored at the office.
