I have something to say to all of you who are planning a maiko or Geisha experience at Maiko Experience Place GION AYA. Our shop is located a little way from the main street. That's right!! It is located in a corner of a narrow alley that is typical of Kyoto. Because of this, many customers get lost before they even come to our shop. So I'm going to write a blog to guide you. The landmark to find our shop is"Orange Noren" The landmark is "Kuriami" facing Shimokawahara Street, but it may be hard to find as it is often closed. "Hamasakura", which used to be a landmark, has also closed. The building itself is still there, so when you see this building, turn into an alley wide enough for one car to pass.
