In Japanese makeup, lipstick is dissolved in water and used, which can easily crease, so you should not clasp your lips together after applying lipstick.

In fact, if you do that, it will mix with the white paint on your lips and turn them pink or the color will peel off, so be careful.

It took me a long time to get used to this brush.

In Western makeup, flat brushes are the norm, so rounded lipstick brushes are hard to use and the edges are prone to becoming rough.

However, once you get used to it, it becomes an essential item for drawing the cute, round mouths that are unique to maiko.

This cute, cornerless mouth is the symbol of a maiko.

It takes great skill to create sharp, lustrous edges.
