I am often asked this question by people in technical jobs.

"Is it alright for me to show off all my skills like this???"

and....

There are often things like "trade secrets" or "I can't show you from here."

Even if I demonstrate my techniques, I believe it is impossible to produce an exact replica.

Why do I think so? Well,

I've been instructing my staff on their techniques for many years and have had many opportunities to teach each other various tricks, but even when we use the same tools, the end result is truly as varied as each staff member's.

I'm sure this is true not only for makeup and dressing, but for many other things as well.

Ultimately, what a person does is always reflected in that person's "thoughts," "awareness," and "personality."

It is said that the age of AI is coming,

Jobs that require accuracy, speed, and consistency can be done by computers and robots, but

I believe that the makeup, dressing, and photography that we provide to our customers at GION AYA are things that AI cannot replace.

 

At GION AYA, each staff member will analyze the customer's face and body type, and then complete the design while listening to the image of what you want to achieve.

There, the HaGION AYA staff will actually look closely at the customers and communicate with them in various ways, and will do their best to make them beautiful, have fun, make a memorable experience, and so on."Feelings"It's packed with.

So, no matter how well you demonstrate your skills, it's not easy to imitate what the staff is aware of or thinking when they are in front of the customers, as you can't see it!

We would like to continue uploading videos on YouTube so that it is easy to understand what kind of people each of our staff is and how they finish their work.
