This is Sono, an all-round staff member at Gion-Saya, the maiko experience place (*´з`) Today, unlike the usual makeup geek Sono, we have a photographer-type Sono bringing you this article ☆☆☆ You can see the crowds around Gion-Saya along with a photo of a very cute half-Japanese customer who visited us the other day (makeup and dressing: Takemikaze, photography: Sono). This year, the Gion Festival has been cancelled, and even though it's July, Kyoto is quiet and you can't hear the Gion music. However, that doesn't mean we can go out and do outdoor photo shoots in maiko costumes, even in places that would normally be difficult to get to!!! Let's take a look at some photos now~(^_-)-☆ ■■A place that is about a 7-minute walk from our shop"Nene's Way"■■ Normally, this is a very Kyoto-like cobblestone road with a lot of people, so it's quite difficult to take a photo in the middle of the road like this☆ ↓↓↓↓ You can also get a glimpse of Yasaka Pagoda, which is a location unique to Kyoto! (Luckily, there's also a rickshaw in the background♡) If you look at the walking map we provided you with, you'll see... (This is where the pointer is.)   ■■The cobblestone street on the way to Koshin Shrine(In front of the former Matsubayashi restaurant)■■ This street leads to the popular Koshin Shrine, so it is a place where many rickshaws and people pass by. ↓↓↓↓ A photo spot with a beautiful contrast with the green of the bamboo grass (not suitable for green kimonos...) (This is where the pointer is.)   ###Yasaka Pagoda■■ It's right in front of the popular Koshin Shrine, so there are a lot of people, so you need to time your shot to take a photo. (This is where the pointer is.) ■■Very popular on Instagram"Koshin Shrine"■■ Yasaka Koshin-do, which is home to many colorful "tied-up monkeys", is always crowded with people, and it is difficult to take photos leisurely because you cannot stop and take photos on the approach to the temple. ↓↓↓↓↓ Around the temple where there are many tied-up monkeys, you have to wait in line to take photos, but I was able to take photos without waiting!
