I am the 40-year-old mother and head staff member of the Maiko Experience Center GION AYA.

There are many questions that customers frequently ask us.

Is it too late to try being a maiko?
"Can I experience being a maiko at this age?"
The answer to that question is...

There is no age limit, from 7-year-olds in the first grade of elementary school to people in their 1s!!!
Customers of all ages enjoy it, so there's no problem!!!

This is what I feel as I have prepared for over 2 guests at the school so far.

Because that age has its own unique charm (*^_^*)

A woman's facial features and the aura that emanates from within change every day.
So, no matter what age you are, it's never too late! We want you to come and experience being a maiko♪♪♪

This is because, of course, we will choose the best makeup and body shape to bring out the best in each person's facial features, and we will also dress them in the right outfit.
We take care to ensure that each person's shadows look beautiful and attractive, so that we can capture each person's individual beauty.
