Geisha Makeover Experience

This was the 27th visit for this customer!!! The greedy experience of becoming a Geisha and Maiko in one day!!! For those who want to do both♡

Hello everyone!!! Here are 2020 things to be aware of before experiencing being a maiko!!! I just turned 03 on March 09th. Maiko Experience Center GION AYA Makeup and dressing specialist: Miki Konawa (♡) A customer came to our store the other day.Introducing our repeat customersThis is my last experience at Aya.27 thYes, it was (thank you). K-sama has had various staff members do her makeup up until now, but this time, it was my first time to do it myself. What's more, I was a little greedy and transformed her into a maiko and a Geisha in just one day. Let's see how much the atmosphere changes depending on whether you're a maiko or a Geisha ⇩ First, check out the maiko The request for the maiko this time was to make her look cute in the way that Konawa imagined. Next, check out the geisha The geisha requested that she look as sharp as possible. Even if they are in the same pose, you can experience a completely different atmosphere just because they are a maiko or a geisha!!! The difference in makeup is small, but the thing that changes the impression the most is the "eyebrows" Even in regular makeup, eyebrows are said to determine the first impression, making them such an important part!!! If I were to explain eyebrows in terms of maiko makeup, I think fluffy reddish eyebrows look cute, and long, sharp eyebrows are the key to looking beautiful. Of course, there are various ways of interpreting this ♪ The loose obi belt that is unique to maikos and the gorgeous hairpins make them look even more cute ♪ This kimono is both elegant and cute, so it matches K-sama's personality very well ♡ On the other hand, Geiko's obi is an 'Otaiko', so it looks neat and tidy! The obi is also tied lower than Maiko's, so it looks lively. When you look at the close-ups side by side, the difference in makeup is even easier to see, but K-san's face is naturally cute, so even as a geisha she still exudes cuteness ♡ Ms. K likes to try out various transformation experiences, and has done many others besides GION AYA. She said that her goal is to try out the maiko experience 100 times.
