The Make-up Otaku Garden at GION AYA Maiko Experience Center is taking on a new job!!!

This is the make-up geek garden of GION AYA, the maiko experience place ☺

Recently, in addition to Hagion Aya's makeup, dressing and photography, I have been trying out various other jobs.

Among them, I had the opportunity to create a promotional video for cosmetics.

The product we collaborated with this time is a total eye care cosmetic called "Axizia" ♪

I run an Instagram account that makes everyday makeup fun, and I often create and post makeup videos on it, so I was given the job of creating a video myself and promoting the cosmetics while dressed as a maiko~♪♪

I love makeup and cosmetics, and ever since I was a student I've wanted to work in the PR department of a cosmetics company, so I'm really happy that my dream has come true in this way.

Moreover, because I work at a maiko experience center, I was able to promote myself in a maiko outfit.

This is something only I can do!!

So, with the help of our staff member Takazawa, we set out to make a video!

We took advantage of a day when the shop was closed to shoot the video, and Takazawa's direction was fantastic, so the shoot went really well!

All I have to do is follow Takasawa's instructions on what to do!

What I realized is that the GION AYA staff are always thinking about what the customers want and how they can make the experience more enjoyable.

Of course, Takasawa also understands the intention of the job I have been given and gives direction based on his judgement, saying, "In that case, it would be better to shoot it like this!", so it's bound to go very smoothly.

Although it was a job that I took on, Takazawa was the one who did the best job out of all of them (laughs).

At the end, I'm walking around in a maiko outfit with an umbrella, but this was a request from the client. (I don't usually hold an umbrella in a Japanese-style room...)

This time too, with Takasawa's instructions, the result was great ♡

What we have is not just the makeup and kimono dressing skills of maiko, but also the desire to understand the thoughts and feelings of our customers and clients who give us work and make them a reality.
