Aya Co., Ltd.☆We held our annual Aya social dinner party, which is a treat for everyone! We went to Yakiniku Hiro, a restaurant that's a hot topic in Kyoto! We ate, we sang, we talked! Everyone at Aya never forgets to have fun no matter what＼(^o^)／The catchphrase was, "Let's Enjoy!!"

Hello! This is Pen-chan, also known as Tsujishita. This may seem sudden, but at Sai Co., Ltd., we regularly hold social gatherings to deepen the bonds between staff members!!!   Dinner parties, hotpot parties, BBQs, and more... There are tons of social gatherings that are unique to Aya (for some reason!? For foodies)! (lol) Today, I'm reporting on one of those dinner parties☆ Of course, I'll be introducing restaurants recommended by the staff☆ You might even see a new side of the Aya staff that you can't see just by being in the restaurant, like, "Wait, that staff member is like this!?" The restaurant we're visiting this time is... that"Yakiniku Hiro"!!!!!!!!! Let's start with a toast of champagne ☆ Stylish "Thank you for your hard workーー☆☆☆" And then, bang!! The most delicious meatOf course, The attention to detail shown by the staff and the food served was invaluable, and it was an opportunity for the Aya staff to experience such impressive service and boost their motivation! Hiro-san is so wonderful!! ↑ Ms. Sasaki, who was in charge of our meal, had a lovely smile. Not only was her smile cute (lol), but when we asked her to help us take photos, she took many pictures from various angles. We were all so moved and happy that the meat tasted even more delicious! Thank you very much.   Sizzling meat It's getting nice and grilled! Eat, eat, eat!!! President Shima!! President Aya always takes the initiative to grill the meat during BBQs (lol) He says he wants all the staff to eat to their heart's content. Thank you so much♡ I'm enjoying it!!!   And now that they've had their fill, where do they go next?!! This is also the annual GION AYA Karaoke Competition☆☆ ↑Tsujishita, who is the first to speak but has vague recollections, is accompanied by Takazawa-sensei, who seems to be cheering him on. ↑ Takemika-san, with her sexy voice (without this, it doesn't start, in fact this is the real start (lol)) ↑ The much talked about new faces Mina-chan and Wataru-kun will of course be singing too!! (laughs) ↑President Shima and his wife, Managing Director Shima♡ This couple seat is always a special seat for the two of them♡♡ ↓On the other hand, over here are Wataru and Kanda Sensei, who are like siblings☆ Little brother Wataru is trying his best to support his older sister Kanda Sensei (lol) Nice assist!!! ↑This is my favorite shot! President Shima is joining in with the store manager's lively Shonan vibe ♡ (lol) At Aya, we value teamwork, and we think that the bonds that come from work and the bonds that come from a relaxed atmosphere are important parts of building trust between staff members ♡ So the Aya staff had a blast☆☆ We're grateful to President Shima for providing us with such an opportunity for socializing!!   Finally, We will close with the powerful song "Going Over Amagi~~~♪" by the familiar little Suzuki master!!
