Maiko Experience Center GION AYA is looking for makeup and dressing staff.

We are currently recruiting makeup and dressing staff for the Maiko Experience Center GION AYA.

What is the job of makeup and dressing for a maiko experience?

Professional maikos do their own makeup and dress in their kimonos, and professional men help them dress, so they don't really get taught about this in school (>_<)

Everyone starts with no experience in the technical aspects!

Don't worry, you will be taught by your seniors.

What we value most is

The makeup and dressing staff, the photographers, everyone"We want every moment our customers spend at GION AYA to be an inspiring experience!"The question is whether the applicants share the same feelings as me! (^^)!

We have had many repeat customers since we first opened, and they often say

"GION AYA evolves every time I come here!"

I think this is possible because all of our staff are always thinking about what they can do to make our customers happy!

The reason I think this way is because of the customers who visit GION AYA.

Nowadays, we have a lot of customers from overseas, and some of them are repeat customers!!

There are no staff members who can speak English fluently...

The thoughts of Mogiwon Sai staff can be conveyed to overseas customers beyond the language barrier (^^♪

Working at GION AYA puts us in close contact with our customers, so we get to hear their feedback directly.

Hearing such positive feedback gives our staff a lot of confidence.

And I have a really strong bond with the people I work with!

At the meetings, there are many opportunities for staff to speak up and share their thoughts on what they can do to make customers happy.

Besides meetings, there are also plenty of opportunities to chat in a friendly atmosphere over delicious food.

Without this teamwork, we wouldn't be able to provide our customers with an amazing experience every time they spend at GION AYA!

I also believe that the corporate culture that has developed over the 1 years that GION AYA has been in business is one in which each individual's strengths and individuality can shine.

GION AYA will continue to evolve in order to deliver even more moving experiences to customers around the world!!
