Hello everyone＼(^o^)／ Golden Week is over, but did you all have a fun time??? I took the long weekend off and went camping♪ As you all probably know, Takemigawa loves alcohol and was sober during the long weekend(#^.^#) But even though I drink a lot, I can still do my job properly★ So, for the first time in a while I'm going to write about my makeup preferences!!! This is a continuation of Tsujishita's blog from the other day, so please bear with me~ At the end of April, I would like to introduce you to Ms. M, who requested Takemigawa♪ First, I'd like you to take a look at the photo. She's a beautiful woman, isn't she? Her natural facial features are very elegant, so she really suits the role of a soft maiko!!! This is Ms. M's second time. Last time, I made her a cute little sister maiko, so this time I wanted to make her look a little more like an older sister. What do you think? Isn't it cute??? This time, I talked with M-sama about all sorts of things, asking her things like, "Should we do it like this?" and "What should we do?" as we went along. Takemitsu has a lot of particular preferences when it comes to makeup, but he's also particular about wigs (lol). First of all, with regards to makeup, I've recently been particular about how to apply white makeup in a glossy and beautiful way. This time, I used a cute base and added a little bit of an older sister element, so the makeup has an overall cute feel. However, with the eye makeup, I added a bit of sharpness into the cute look. As you can see in the photo above, doesn't she look really cute when she looks at the camera? ? But... Also, in contrast to the cute photo from earlier, doesn't this one look like a mature maiko? ? I made the eyeliner a little sharper, but longer on the outer corners of the eyes. But I also wanted to make the eyes look round, so I made sure to make it wider vertically as well as horizontally. The red talisman is also slightly rounded at the bottom, and thin on the top, but still clearly visible. And now, my favorite detail: I applied the talisman at the bottom, narrowing it all the way to the upper corners of the eyes with red. But by using red, it doesn't look too harsh, and it creates a cute, yet clean and pretty look for the eyes. Look, the downcast eyes are so beautiful... The lipstick is also cute, not too plump, with a slightly thin upper lip and a slightly plump lower lip. I tried to create a cute but elegant mouth, while keeping the overall balance in mind, so that it wasn't too cute, but not too harsh either. I also chose a wig that was rounded overall so that it would retain a youthful look. I wanted it to be round but with a bit of firmness, so I had it made to look plump, but does it look that way? As the cherry blossom season is over and the new greenery is beautiful, we chose this "Marikon" kimono that looks elegant and cute against the new greenery. The obi is also green, which gives a cute and gentle atmosphere. Wow! She was so cute and looked so good as a maiko. When we went to shoot outside, we were surrounded by tourists from overseas. I think she was nervous because this was her first outdoor shoot, but at the end she showed us such a cute smile. Takemika is really looking forward to seeing what kind of maiko she will be transformed into next.
