Hello everyone! This post may not be related to my maiko experience at all, but I thought I'd write about a certain day off in Takemizu. On a fine day in April, I usually go by car, but for the first time I went to Nara by train. I bought a one-day pass that allowed me to use both the bus and the train, and was ready to go. First of all, when I think of Nara, I think of deer! It was deer after all (lol). There were deer everywhere and people who went out to eat had their food targeted by the deer. Takemika, who loves alcohol, went out to drink instead of to eat. Drinking alcohol in the middle of the day is a special experience, isn't it? (#^^#) I drank three 500 yen bottles of beer while walking. I gave ice cream to the little ones. (laughs) I drank a lot, but I also enjoyed sightseeing. First, we went to Kasuga Taisha Shrine. The cherry blossoms were in full bloom at the time, so there were a lot of tourists. I thought it would be bigger than I expected, but it was smaller than I expected. So we quickly moved on. After walking around, we discovered this shrine!!! After all, we should go and pray at the shrine (lol). We want to stay friends forever, so we all prayed together as a family. The older child wanted to try a love fortune telling, so he asked his dad for it, but he immediately refused, saying, "Who are you going to tell my fortune for?" The dad was jealous... After all, we have to see the Great Buddha at the end (^^)/ It's "Todaiji Temple" after all!! The Great Buddha is huge no matter how many times you see it. Also, there were a lot of people, and I was looking at it thinking how amazing it was, but I forgot to take the most important photo... It was a long time since I've had a relaxing holiday with my family. We had cherry blossom viewing, the little ones were happy, and my mother was satisfied. That's how I spent a holiday in April.
