Today I would like to tell you about that situation.

In order to unite everyone in Aya,

Every six months, all staff members gather together for a general meeting.

The theme is　ENJOY! ♪♪

Both of them carefully watch and learn from their seniors on a daily basis.

I think they are working hard every day with passion to better serve their customers.

Aya is a very reliable presence for Angelle☆

At times, we listened to each other's presentations and talked to each other in a friendly atmosphere.

Hazuki-chan and Mio-chan, who are attending for the first time, are listening with serious expressions on their faces ('_')

We all shared this happy event that made us happy♥

And this time too

We welcomed Mr. Tsuruta, Kansai Region Representative of the Human Resource Development Promotion Organization, a general incorporated foundation.

We had a packed 2-hour workshop!

In the previous blog, Kishi also talked about

Professor Tsuruta's talk really touched my heart.

It makes me face myself and make my head spin (>_<) lol

Once again, to know others, you need to know yourself well.

I realized it was important.

By doing so, you can understand what you and your partner really want.

What I learned was that I was able to see things clearly!
