Through the GION AYA Study Session...

Hello everyone(^_-)-☆

This is Kishi, who is currently developing a mental state due to the humidity of the rainy season (lol)

The rainy season is already in full swing with forecasts of rain every day starting next week.

It doesn't seem to be raining that much yet, but I really like being indoors on a rainy day.

It's indoors only (laughs).

So, what is this blog about? Maiko? Makeup? Kimono? Camera?

Please note that nothing will come out.

Just being alive is all that matters!!

(Or rather, it's just my opinion.)

For the training session the other day, an acquaintance of our president took the trouble to come to our store.

We were delighted to have Mr. Tsuruta, Kansai Region Representative of the Japan Human Resource Development Organization, a general incorporated foundation, give us his valuable time to speak.

In addition to meetings, the president and managing director of AYA regularly hold study sessions using PowerPoint.

And it creates better teamwork

Love is born between customers and staff alike.

I'm sure Hazuki-chan, Tsujishita-san, and I were able to capture the decisive moment of nodding (laughs).

I think many people think of instructors as people who are there to teach.

President Tsuruta repeatedly stated that he felt like he was having a dialogue with the arrow aimed at himself.

I heard this word right from the beginning

Even though there were many of the usual reliable members there, for some reason I felt like I was having a counseling session with President Tsuruta.

We originally planned to spend two hours together, but we ended up spending nearly four hours together.

I was able to listen to what he said while looking him in the eye and staying focused the whole time.

When I think back to when I was in Sai

Every day I spent my time doing my best to have fun with the customers and staff.

I felt like I still had a lot of limits and goals to work towards, and it gave me a lot of energy.

In this way, by choosing a chairperson based on the theme and having the group discuss and exchange opinions, it is possible to find more issues.

I was also able to deepen my understanding (*'ω' *)

This was the first time I've ever been to a study session where I really felt like analyzing myself to this extent.

It was a good time for me, not just in terms of work, but in my life.

In my interpretation, if we think a little more about our existence, we can face ourselves honestly.

I realized how important it is and decided to make it an effort to do so.

What I learned was that I should never run away from myself and never turn my eyes away from what is right in front of me.

Each group is giving a presentation. I'm a bit worried about my posture though (lol)

I was thinking hard about what is normal in everyday life and used up all my energy.

I wondered what kind of style of maiko experience I could have, and decided to go to

After all, the skills, the customer service, and the smiles

But we don't want to lose to any other store anywhere!!!

Well, I don't want to lose, so I want to make it a feature.

The most important thing is the feeling!!

Whether at work or in your personal life, you can live every second of every day to the fullest.

I believe this will be felt by our customers and will also be a pleasant day for me, leaving me with no regrets.

At first, it felt like a conversation with President Tsuruta, but by the end, it had become a conversation with myself.

Finally

We should never forget to be grateful for anything!!

Of course, be grateful for everything that happens to you.

I believe you can find your own happiness.

I wanted to do something, so I immediately went to see my grandma and grandpa, whom I hadn't seen recently.

I made an appointment to meet him today (lol)
