Hello everyone. It's still cold in Kyoto!

The staff of GION AYA, who work every day in Kyoto, a world-famous tourist destination, went on a trip as mentioned in the previous blog post by Kishinami Miki!!

This time, Takazawa will be sending us plenty of photos from the second day🌊

We woke up early in the morning, took a morning bath at Kinosaki Onsen, and after eating a hearty breakfast, it was time for the main event of the second day.

"Kinosaki Marine World"

An aquarium! A dolphin show! Excited and nervous, I arrived at the entrance to Kinosaki Marine World (*^▽^*)

We immediately took a commemorative photo!! We headed straight for the walrus sculpture!!!

After the explanation, it was finally time to enter the park! Or so I thought...

After all, this is the place to take a commemorative photo!!! So I took another photo📷

It's hard to get in... The staff at the ticket booth were always looking out for us and moved us whenever we moved. Thank you for taking care of us m(__)m

Inside, we were assigned to split into teams and learn. I'll talk about that later!! And more than anything, the photos show everyone's enthusiasm to have fun.

I think the photos convey how serious the Aya staff are, but when you actually meet them, they're even more... (laughs)

This time, each team was tasked with presenting what they had learned at Kinosaki Marine World!!

Here's what it was like: We were able to experience with our eyes, bodies and hearts the way Kinosaki Marine World presents its facilities, the consideration given to customers, the attitude of the staff, etc.

What is hospitality from the heart? What are the feelings of the customers who come here?

The exhibits were designed with the aim of making the zoo's visitors as entertaining as possible, and I could sense the deep trust that exists between the animals and staff who work together.

These two days allowed us to once again see things from the customer's perspective.

After all, love and compassion for others are precious things that can't be replaced by anything.

Kinosaki is known for its hot springs and Marine World, and the experience that can only be found in Kyoto is the "Maiko experience"!!

We have once again vowed to provide our customers with excitement and joy, having learned not just about technique but also about the heart, so that when people think of the maiko experience, they will think of "Gion GION AYA."

After this I had dinner (^O^)
