It rained a little today, but Kyoto has a certain charm even in the rain.
I've been using a face mask every three days recently to help restore my skin.

I have posted articles on my photographer blog before, but this time I would like to post an article from the perspective of a makeup staff member.

This time, I decided to do makeup with my older sister in mind.

We aimed to create a finish that would match the outfit.

To sum up the makeup in one word, it is well-crafted makeup.
The face of the model, Konishi-san
Eyebrows...I made them a little thick, with a lot of black color, and didn't make them too long.
(Thinner eyebrows give a sharp, crisp impression, but I think making them a little rounder gives a more elegant look.)
Eyeliner...I have deep-set eyelids so I used eye tape to make the double eyelid line more visible.
　　　　　　I drew longer lines at the inner and outer corners of the eyes to match the vertical size.
　　　　　　To match this, the red talisman under the outer corner of the eye is not placed thickly but in the line of the eye.
(Since the eyebrows give a soft look, add a long line at the inner corner of the eyes to make them look long and narrow.)
Red: The lower lip is deep red
(I think the plump volume and deep red color bring out the mature woman in her look rather than the childish one. It really makes her look more sexy.)

To prevent the image from looking blurry from edge to edge even in photos taken a little further away or from the back, I used sharp pinks and reds rather than soft colors overall.

The way to put on a kimono remains basically the same, but this time the collar is slightly longer and has more embroidery to give it a more luxurious look.
The obiage is tied in a formal knot and is designed to give a relaxed look around the chest.
